Brief reflexion about four legal concepts of citizen participation by the way chilean environmental law

This text is about four legal concepts of citizen participation in environmental issues. These four concepts are: the procedural-formalistic, the processual-substantial, as a political right, and as a legal principle of environmental law. These four concepts exist simultaneously, despite they appear in different moments, being collected by jurisprudence both in a processual-substantial sense and a legal principle of environmental law.
