Zusammenfassung: | The changes in the ecological environment of the surrounding sea areas during ocean engineering construction are a key technical issue in the development and construction, which is beneficial for the protection of the nearshore marine environment and the development and utilization of resources. This study analyzes the changes in the surrounding marine environment during the pre construction (2011), construction period (2016, 2017), and post construction (2022) periods of the project, based on the hydrological, sediment, water quality, sediment, and biological data measured on four voyages of the Ningbo Meishan Port Terminal Project from 2011 to 2022. Research has found that the changes in water quality, sediment, and biological ecology in the surrounding waters of the Meishan Port Terminal Project fluctuate within a limited range before, during, and after construction, indicating that the construction of the project has not had a significant impact on the water quality, sediment quality, and marine biologica |
