Zusammenfassung:Primary renal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a very rare upper urinary tract neoplasm. Renal SCC has a poor prognosis because it usually presents in advanced stages. We report a 64-year-old woman with a right paravertebral mass; after right radical nephroureterectomy and salpingo-oophorectomy, pathologic examination revealed primary SCC.
