Zusammenfassung:The article is concerned with establishing the conditions under which no abrasive particles between the rolling surfaces of the workpiece and the tool of the wire, the surface of which are formed by processing electrical discharge machinery wells having a spherical shape. Formulas are obtained, allowing the wells to calculate the parameters (radius and depth) on the surface of the tool, in which rolling of the abrasive particles of various sizes and shapes in a longitudinal section (hexagonal, square, rectangle) is absent. Based on the physical modeling confirmed the validity and the possibility of practical use of the results of theoretical studies.
