Zusammenfassung:In line with the importance of the evaluation system and quality assurance in higher education, this research was conducted with the aim of the pathology of this system at Imam Ali University faculty in three categories or structures of faculty members, students and planning management. The research method is a case study and descriptive study conducted with a hybrid approach. In this study, the system of evaluation and quality assurance, documentation, and related injuries are discussed. The statistical population consists of all officers and officers at the university level, with a record of acceptable service, at least 5 years of continuous service at the university, a history of educational responsibilities and a reputation for being an officer at the university. The sample size was determined using the Cochran formula of 131 people. Regarding the nature of the research, 74 cases of this system damage were detected through exploratory interviews with experts in the target community and related documents. The injuries were presented in the form of a researcher-made questionnaire and presented to the sample community. The test of the model of measurement was performed to determine the differential validity of the questionnaire items with the help of the Imus software and the cases Which have factor loadings of less than 1 were eliminated from the model. As a result, in the category of faculty members 19 injuries, the category of educational planning management 21, and the student category was identified as 19 injuries.
