Zusammenfassung: | In order to reduce energy consumption in data centers and help achieve the goal of “double carbon”, a modular unit for data centers is designed to meet both evaporative cooling and waste heat recovery functions according to the climate conditions and good air quality in Tibet. Based on the three refrigeration operating conditions with 100% utilization of natural cooling source, extreme meteorological conditions in Tibet and the temperature distribution inside the data center were simulated and tested on a 600 kW enthalpy difference test bench. The results show that the air volume, external static pressure, evaporative cooling module air outlet temperature and heat recovery capacity of the waste heat recovery module all meet the design requirements under the corresponding operating conditions. Comparing the air outlet temperature and waste heat recovery capacity, we found that the performance of the unit under rated airflow operation is better than that under maximum airflow operation. At this time, the air te |
