Le repas et la convivialité dans la dramaturgie néo-hellénique du xixe et du xxe siècle

The dinner, the conviviality and the relevant notions have a special significance in the Greek dramaturgy of the last two centuries. In many plays these notions are part of the dramatic plot, even presented in their titles. They concern the function of the traditional, the bourgeois and the modern society, as it is attested, for instance, in the plays of the late 19th century till the beginning of the 20st century.
