Organization and Activity of Transport Police Bodies in Foreign Countries

In this article author made an attempt to analyse questions of the organization and activities of bodies of transport police in a row foreign states. In the conclusion the author emphasizes that foreign experience of the organization of activities of law enforcement agencies on transport can be considered in case of development of measures for increase in efficiency of activities of law-enforcement bodies on transport taking into account the Russian realities.
