Zusammenfassung: | Until the present, Reinhold Glier's Concerto for Voice and Orchestra remains a unique composition. Being difficult in terms of the vocal technique, it requires the ability to express the depth of the emotional content of music. Despite the fact that the vocal part has no text, but it is a vocalization written with great skill, its content is easily assimilated by the listener. This fact, being favored not only by the captivating musical material, but also by the choice of the warm and gentle timbre of the lyrical coloratura soprano voice , as a solo instrument. The musical images of the concerto are associated with the beauty of nature, with the purity and nobility of the feelings of a person who faces optimism and joy every day of his life, enjoying its fullness and versatility. These positive feelings are expressed in the form of a classical, tripartite symphonic cycle, written in romantic traditions. |
