Zusammenfassung:Novel N-,N,S- and N,O-substituted naphthoquinone compounds were prepared by the reactions of 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone (1) and the cor­responding nucleophiles in the presence of chloroform and triethylamine or an ethanolic solution of Na2CO3. The structures of the novel naphthoquinone compounds were characterized by microanalysis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS and cyclic voltammetry.
