Zusammenfassung:Immersive virtual reality systems allow simulating realistic situations in which the user can learn the use of dangerous machinery through structured paths and actively learn how to manage dangerous situations in total safety. The use of VR for training of industrial equipment while not new is not as widespread due to the cost of creating and adapting it to address various equipment and situations. To overcome this limitation, this paper proposes a VR simulator for training steam generator operators and verifiers focusing on the easy of customizing the VR system to suit new learning paths and different equipment while reducing the implementation efforts by ITC experts.
