Zusammenfassung:The atmospheric deposition is defined as the turning back of pollutants to the earth, emitted either from natural or anthropogenic sources, after the some transformation stages of pollutants in the atmosphere. Because the atmospheric deposition (wet and dry deposition) damages water, plants, soil, historical and other structures, it is one of the popular subject to study in recent years. However, it is difficult to study the determination of atmospheric deposition because it has a lot of various and changeable parameters. So, there is a need for various systems and surfaces for sampling. As wet deposition can be sampled by manual and automatic systems, the different developed sampling surfaces which minimize the effect of various topographic and meteorological conditions are used to sample dry deposition. Studies show that sampling with water surfaces is more suitable to collect both dry and bulk deposition. In this study, atmospheric deposition and its determination methods were explained and sampling surfaces that were developed to collect deposition of different air pollutants compared each other.
