Zusammenfassung:Nasolabial cyst (NLC) is one of the non-odontogenic epithelial cysts of the maxilla. It is rare. It sits at the base of the nostril wing and extends into the inferior nasal meatus and vestibule. The most common presentation is a slowly growing, painless swelling and an effacement of the nasolabial fold. The radiology is not specific and CT scan may be useful. The treatment of choice is surgical removal, which confirms the diagnosis and prevents recurrence.
