Zusammenfassung:•Spontaneous intracranial hypotension might mimic Chiari malformation.•Computed tomography myelography (CTM) might be useful to identify the site of CSF leak.•Sometimes degenerative spine causes completely different pathological conditions which might become challenging for healthcare practitioners to diagnose both in case of their separate presentation but especially as their combination.•Well-coordinated collaboration of doctors such as neurologist, radiologist and neurosurgeon is essential while treating patients with intracranial hypotension.•TEI allows to provide both differential diagnostic of spine pathology and effective radicular recovery.
