Place of Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Dysplasia in Childhood Pathology (Literature Review)

The article presents literature review on the problem of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia in children and formation on its background of congenital malformations of the urinary system. The etiological aspects of this pathology, clinical signs and possible diagnostic criteria for undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia in children were considered. The authors concluded that further development of efficient algorithm is required for diagnosing congenital malformations of the urinary system against the background of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia in children and ways of metabolic correction for connective tissue failure.
