Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı ile Örgütsel Bağlılık ve Mesleğe Bağlılık Arasındaki İlişkilerin Araştırılması(The Investigation of Relation Between Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment and Professional Commitment)

Basic aim of this investigation is to find out relation between organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment and professional commitment. For this purpose, an empirical study is conducted on 225 nurses working at different hospitals in Afyon. According to the results of this study, it is proved that there is a positive and meaningful relation between dimensions of OCB and professional affective commitment of the nurses. But there is no meaningful relation between dimensions of OCB and organizational commitment of the nurses. Other dimensions are being discussed in this study.
