A case of secondary amenorrhea caused by a uterine myoma successfully treated by a combined laparoscopic and hysteroscopic approach

Abstract Uterine myoma is a common disease. Symptoms of myoma are usually menorrhagia, abdominal pain, or subfertility. Here we report a rare case of secondary amenorrhea caused by an obstructive myoma. The patient was treated with a combined laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedure.
