FEATURES MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN AN UNSTABLE ENVIRONMENT

High variability of the external and internal environment of the company determines the characteristics of the industrial enterprise management. Under these conditions, a high importance is the professionalism of the management team. The main task of the head is not only in maintaining the functioning of the production system, but also to improve and, in some cases, and the creation of new, more efficient production system.
