Zusammenfassung:Health goes through constant transformations, technological development being part of this phenomenon. In this sense, the teleclinic sessions of Project ECHO are a virtual training model, which allows direct advice to professionals who work on the first line of care. Objective: To demonstrate the positive effect of the application of the ECHO Project methodology, in the demonopolization of medical care, mainly in rural areas, from the perspective of the professionals involved in this program in Ecuador. Methodology: A quantitative, descriptive, crosssectional, field and non-experimental study was carried out. Through the ZOOM platform, clinical cases from various medical specialties were presented. Using free digital support, a survey questionnaire was applied to 102 participants, structured in 15 dimensions. 48 professionals completed a knowledge test composed of 40 questions. To calculate the positive responses, the values were ordered from highest to lowest. In the general measurement of the answers, the relative frequencies or percentages were included. Results: From the perception of the participants, 86.86% recognized that the teleclinic meetings deployed in the context of the ECHO Project have had an affirmative influence on the development of their activities, especially those associated with autonomous development. 68.50% of answers were correct in the test applied. Conclusions: Developing the teleclinic sessions, a positive effect has been obtained on the autonomy, independence and solvency of professional practice, contributing to the demonopolization of medical care. la salud transita a través de constantes transformaciones, siendo el desarrollo tecnológico parte de este fenómeno. Objetivo: Evidenciar el efecto positivo de la aplicación de la metodología del Proyecto ECHO, en la desmonopolización de la atención médica, principalmente en áreas rurales, desde la perspectiva de los profesionales involucrados en este programa en Ecuador.
