THE MINORITY OF THE MINORITIES OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLES: THE STUDENTS AND GRADUATES OF THE INTERCULTURAL UNIVERSITIES OF MEXICO

A reflection and analysis of the participation in electoral issues by students and graduates of intercultural universities in Mexico is carried out. A literature review of issues related to indigenous minorities in Mexico is made. It is concluded that electoral conditions must be created for the inclusion of these indigenous minority groups that, due to their situation as students and graduates of intercultural universities, cannot participate in the election of their representatives because they are outside their original communities.
