Zusammenfassung: | Parturient with kyphoscoliosis poses a major challenge in the administration of spinal anaesthesia owing to changes in the anatomy of the spine and physiological changes associated with pregnancy. Recently, ultrasound guidance has proved to be a boon for regional anaesthesia techniques.
