Zusammenfassung:Intussusception as the initial presentation of coeliac disease has been rarely reported, with an incidence of 1% in all coeliac disease presentations. Furthermore, intussusception requiring surgical reduction as the primary presentation for coeliac disease in adults is even rarer.
