Zusammenfassung:Seldinger's femoral puncture is a routine approach for endovascular interventions in children. It is a safe method, albeit the procedure may be complicated by iliofemoral occlusion sometimes. We report a case of a chronic postcatheterization iliofemoral occlusion and discuss patterns of arterial collateral circulation of the leg in an asymptomatic teenager.
