Zusammenfassung: | Ti(C,N)-based cermets are widely used in high-temperature and wear-resistant parts,high-temperature coatings and high-speed cutting tools due to their excellent high-temperature hardness and wear resistance,low friction coefficient and good thermal and chemical stability.However,Ti(C,N)-based cermets are prone to corrosion and wear under some harsh service conditions,which can result in the failure of parts.In this paper,the basic concept of corrosion wear of cermet was expounded,and the effects of carbide additives and binder phase composition on the corrosion and wear resistance of Ti(C,N)-based cermets as well as the synergistic effect of corrosion and wear of Ti(C,N)-based cermets under extreme conditions were reviewed.In addition,the development direction of the research on corrosion and wear behavior of cermets were prospected. |
