Zusammenfassung:In the present article author analyzes a place and a condition of judicial system of the Russian Federation. Author analyzes the constitutional bases, and also practice of right application. Views of jurists of concept of judicial authority are considered by the author, considers opinions of A.B. Hapilina, N. A. Kolokova, the analysis of a number of provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation regarding guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen is carried out.
