Tendencias actuales en la profesionalización de la función pública en Latinoamérica: buenas y malas noticias

This essay pretends to show a general overview of what occurs today’s in Latin American Tendencies regarding the professionalization of public functions. The general objective is to develop a balance between what governments pretended to do and what they actually can do. This is what we have designated as “god and badnews”. In order to achieve this, we use as primary sources some reports and studies developed this last couple years in the region that rank the different countries according to their own advances and the level of development achieved.
