Zusammenfassung:Aortic endograft infections represent a rare but serious complication of EVAR. This case report presents a 73-year-old male with a history of an EVAR 6-years prior presenting with back pain. The patient was found to have peri‑graft air and peri-aortic inflammatory changes with a small fluid collection on imaging and successfully treated with antibiotics.
