La composición biofísica en el ordenamiento territorial, un desafío urgente en la provincia de Manabí

The biophysical composition of a territorial space is socially and politically modified, since it is the environment of the human seat, where spontaneous cultural actions are carried out for subsistence, and / or intentionally deliberated with specific variations; In both cases, a dynamic and changing dynamic has been created, which needs to be revised, and it has been determined whether the changes generated have caused damage, or conservation mechanisms have been applied in the natural environment; it is so important to review the biophysical conditions, because this component depends on life, as the reproduction of renewable and non-renewable resources in the use of these ways of life, to: water sources, soil, climate, air, flora, fauna, landscape, etc., aspects that we must examine the state in which they are. This is where the new approach to Territorial Planning must be, and the competence attributed to the management of decentralized autonomous government levels in Ecuador, in terms of the incidence achieved with the actors that are part of a person, in this case the province of Manabi; this territorial ordering must be approached from the proposed perspectives, such as the procedural mechanisms, present, in the theoretical drafting, execution, up to the assumptions, registered, in the current plans, and these instructions, in the account, the changes in the sense of the natural bases of the territory in terms of mitigation and / or adaptation to climate change of the state responsibility, in common with the population actor in the programmatic and operational executions of the levels of territorial government: provincial, cantonal and parochial of the province of Manabí. La composición biofísica de un espacio territorial es modificada social y políticamente, ya que es el medio-recurso del asiento humano, donde se realizan acciones culturales espontaneas para la subsistencia, y/o intencionalmente deliberadas con variados enfoques; en ambos casos se ha hecho del espacio una dinámica influida y cambiante, la que requiere ser revisada, y se determine si los cambios generados han provocado afectaciones, o se han aplicado mecanismos de conservación al medio natural; es tan importante revisar las condiciones biofísicas, porque de este componente depende la vida, como la reproducción de los recursos renovables y no renovables en el uso de estos dado por los modos y medios de producción, a: fuentes hídricas, suelo, clima, aire, flora, fauna, paisaje, etc.,
