Zusammenfassung:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia for pediatric laparoscopic hernia surgery anesthesia. MethodsThe research subjects were 100 children with inguinal hernia admitted to Childrens Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group (laryngeal mask anesthesia) and the control group (tracheal intubation anesthesia), 50 cases in each group. The treatment effect and complication of two groups were compared. ResultsThe treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (96.0%vs80.0%, χ2=6.061, P<0.05). After anesthesia, systolic pressure, heart rate, mean arterial pressure in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). The complication rate in observation group was lower than that in control group, with a statisticall
