Photophysics and electroluminescence of single nanocrystals of halide perovskites and related nanomaterials

We report simultaneous photoluminescence and electroluminescence single-particle study of nanocrystals of inorganic halide perovskite CsPbBr 3 , as well as of ternary I-III-IV semiconductor quantum dots.
