EVALUACIÓN DE LA IMPORTANCIA DE LA PRÁCTICA DE BIOSEGURIDAD EN PROGRAMAS DE PREGRADO Y POSGRADO EN LA UNIVERSIDAD FEDERAL DE RIO DE JANEIRO Y OTRAS UNIVERSIDADES BRASILEÑAS

This study aimed to investigate aspects related to biosafety, in an academic context, in Brazilian universities. Biosecurity is directly related to the control and minimization of risks, which must be considered by the students in the laboratory practices. The methodology applied involved a search for specific web sites giving an overview of biosafety in Brazilian undergraduate and postgraduate. As a conclusion of the work, it was noticed the absence of biosafety issues in the curricula of undergraduate and postgraduate; these mostly lie in the area of law that owed legislation, it is one of the first points when the topic studied is underexplored.
