Primera redacción de la Crónica de 1344: texto, contenido y fuentes

The expected edition of the Chronicle of 1344 in its first written phase requires an advanced summary of all aspects that are included in its introduction. A review of the basis of this study thanks to the investigations of Luís Filipe Lindley Cintra and Diego Catalán; an initial framework by which to approach to the chronicle; the internal structure and the note of the main sources might allow the neophyte to advance through the ways of the text and to perceive essential aspects, with the purpose of not getting lost in the nebula that in many occasions involves to go through historiographical texts.
