Zusammenfassung:It is well known fact that medical profession is considered to be a noble profession. Doctors, usually consider themselves to be intelligent, wise, cultured and hence will preach like philosophers never indulging in sharp bargain. The main objective of the Clinical Establishment Bill is to bring some uniformity in the healthcare delivery, by making registration of all clinical establishments mandatory and prescribing enhanced penalty for the defaulters. This review elaborates few positive and negative aspects of this Act.
