Zusammenfassung:The Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK/STAT) signaling pathway is a ubiquitously expressed intracellular signal transduction pathway involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, immune regulation and other biological processes. Existing evidence indicates that continuous activation of this signaling pathway is closely related to the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of many autoimmune rheumatic diseases. We reviewed the latest advances in mechanisms of JAK/STAT signal transduction, and the roles of the pathway in development of autoimmune rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and gout, suggesting that JAK/STAT signaling pathway may be a therapeutic target for autoimmune rheumatic diseases, which may offer new ideas and directions for clinical treatment.
