A Sialolith of Unusual Size in the Submandibular Duct

A 44 year old patient with an unusually large salivary calculus in the right submandibular salivary duct exposed intraorally through the eroded ductal wall is presented. Its clinical features, investigations, management and a brief review of literature are discussed.
