Zusammenfassung: | We report a case of cauda equina syndrome (CES) caused by an epidural metastasis of breast cancer, which oddly mimicked a large disc sequestrum leading to misdiagnosis. To our knowledge, it is the first report of a metastatic epidural breast cancer lesion mimicking a disc sequestrum.
