Zusammenfassung:Abstract We report the case of a preterm infant of 35 weeks gestation, who presents vomiting towards the end of the first week of life. Suspected diagnosis of hypertrophic pyloric stenosis by exclusion. The ultrasound confirms the diagnosis. Pyloromyotomy is performed with excellent evolution. We describe this case due to time of onset of the disease associated to a preterm infant.
