Zusammenfassung: | One of the main motivation for establishing a new joint venture by their parent companies is knowledge transfer from their parents to the new established joint venture. but this valuable output knowledge of such joint ventures is tacit and not available for all, due to confidentiality. Additionally, there is no comprehensive research for developing a model of knowledge management for Iranian joint ventures. In this research, survey data related to interviews with the executives of an Iranian Joint Venture Company of Arya Hamrah is the most basic which has been analyzed using qualitative research methods based on grounded theory. Considering grounded theory, data have been analyzed at three stages of open, axial and selective coding by the ATLAS.ti software and theoritical model have been proposed. By looking at the past of and the way that Arya Hamrah Company has gone thorough, this study is trying to explain this path in a theoretical model for implementing knowledge management. The innovation of this research includes creating a process model of the implementation of knowledge management based on the experiences and organizational learning in Arya Hamrah Joint Venture Company that the similar forms of it has not been conducted yet. This model also enables joint venture companies to meet their needs in a competitive environment based on knowledge management. In fact, the joint venture companies can develop and implement knowledge management in their organizations by modeling this model. |
