Zusammenfassung:We present a 74-year-old woman with kyphosis and symptoms of pre/syncope. Heart catheterization revealed dynamic left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (DLVOTO) with Brockenbrough Braunwald response only when kyphotic posture was assumed.
