Zusammenfassung:This article analyzes the array of mail courses targeted at wage-earning sectors in the context of growth and diversification ot the labor market in Buenos Aires, Argentina, between 1910 and 1950. In the first place, the various institutions in charge of mail courses will be shown to have promoted the social integration of the working classes through their professional. Secondly, the article will examine how such development forested an uneven participation between women and men deriving in gender inequality. The analysis will focus on advertisements by various institutions published in the commercial press of the period.
