Zusammenfassung:Background. Currently, there is an extremely high need not only for the development of new methods of treatment and diagnosis, but also for their wider application in practice due to the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases. Improving the effectiveness of non-invasive diagnostic methods is one of the key tasks, the solution of which will significantly help in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The achievements of modern science, in particular biology, biophysics and cybernetics, open up wide opportunities for solving this problem by developing mathematical models of the electrical activity of the heart. Materials and methods. The study is based on the analysis of known detailed models of ion currents. Results. A system of noninvasive cardiodiagnostics using detailed models of ion currents to determine the electrophysiological characteristics of the heart is proposed. Conclusions. The results obtained increase the effectiveness of existing methods and means for determining the electrophysiological characteristics of the heart.
