Left bundle branch area pacing optimized cardiac resynchronization – a promise of way better?

Conduction system pacing may revolutionize conventional pacemaker therapy. Both His- and left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) can prevent right ventricular pacing induced cardiomyopathy in bradycardia pacemaker indications, furtheron they might improve effectivity of cardiac resynchronization in heart failure patients with intraventricular conduction delay. Authors would like to present the potential benefits of LBBAP pacing in two patient-cases from the daily clinical scenario.
