Zusammenfassung:Carboxyl nitrile rubber with self-healing and shape memory function was prepared by combining covalent bond and non covalent bond. Firstly, the acid-base reaction of carboxyl group and amine group was used to construct the reversible supramolecular network of ionic bond and hydrogen bond, and then the covalent crosslinking network was constructed by mercaptan-ene reaction. The effect of the amount of trithiol crosslinking agent (TMPT) on the properties of carboxyl nitrile rubber was investigated. The results showed that the elongation at break of carboxyl nitrile rubber decreased with the increase of tTMPT content. When TMPT was not added, the tensile strength of the material was 1.63 MPa. At 120 ℃ for 1 h, the self repair efficiency was about 98%. When TMPT with mass fraction of 2% was added, carboxyl nitrile rubber had the highest tensile strength, close to 2.90 MPa, but the self repair efficiency could still reach about 84% at 120 ℃, and had a high strain fixation rate of about 95% and a strain recovery ra
