Zusammenfassung: | Background: primary breast sarcoma is the least frequent non-epithelial malignant tumor, representing less than 1 % of all breast cancers. It has a dismal prognosis with the presence of early metastases and a very poor survival. Objective: to explain a case of a 56 years old female patient with a large ulcerated primary breast sarcoma. Case report: a case of a 56 years old female patient with a large ulcerated primitive sarcoma in the left breast is presented. Conclusions: the publication of this report has clinical interest for health professionals due to the rarity of the primary sarcoma of the breast.
