Mental health is a state of equilibrium between the personality and the environment, adequate to human behavior regulation, ability to resist difficulties without negative consequences for the health. The essence and specificity of psychological aspects of pharmacists’ professional activities are determined, their personal and communicative qualities and psychological characteristics that shape the communicative competence of the future pharmaceutical worker and impede his professional activities are characterized.
