| Zusammenfassung: | Objective To investigate the association between blood 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 [25-(OH)D3] level and acute infectious diseases in children. Methods A total of 114 children with acute infectious diseases who were admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to May 2022 were enrolled, and according to the severity of infection, they were divided into common infection group with 71 children and sepsis group with 43 children. At the same time, 71 children with non-infectious diseases who were admitted to Department of Pediatric Surgery in our hospital during the same period of time were enrolled as control group.
