Zusammenfassung:This paper presents a research of titanium alloy specimen structures obtained by electron-beam melting of domestically produced powders performed on СВ-212М type installations. Titanium alloy BT1-10 granular powders obtained by hydrogenating-dehydrogentaing have been selected as a feedstock. The 12х12х100 mm specimens have been obtained and investigated. Deposited layer structures have been investigated. Neither porosity, nor incomplete fusions in the obtained specimens have been found. A possibility for manufacturing of a part with complex geometry, employing electron-beam building up technique and the advanced titanium alloy BT1-10 powder, has been investigated
