Zusammenfassung:Pheochromocytoma is an important cause of secondary hypertension that can lead to hypertensive retinopathy. In such cases, changes are often reversible and the condition remains stable once the required treatment is done at an early stage. In this case report, we present a case of pheochromocytoma-induced hypertensive retinopathy which regressed after adrenalectomy.
