Association between serum uric acid and phase angle in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: A cross-sectional study

The purpose of this analysis was to investigate the associations between serum uric acid and phase angle in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. In this retrospective cross-sectional study, we included 200 type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients treated during 2018-2019 at Zhongda Hospital Southeast University. Phase angle (PhA) and other body composition indicators were measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA).
