Zusammenfassung: | The article entitled “Modeling access to public transport in urban areas,” [1] contains similar material from a published journal article “Public Transport Accessibility in Metropolitan Areas: A New Approach Incorporating Population Density,” [2] which has been cited in the text. However, the purpose of this corrigendum is to emphasize the difference between the two journal articles. The former article [2] aimed at introducing a new approach (index) measuring access to public transport while the latter [1] used the proposed index in regression modelling to investigate the performance of the proposed approach in predicting the number of trips made by public transport. |
